📌 General Questions
1. What is Karren Lenzaa?
Karren Lenzaa is a small family-run online store offering problem-solving lifestyle products at affordable prices, delivered across India.
2. Are all your products in stock?
Yes, we only list products that are ready to ship. If something becomes out of stock, it will be marked as unavailable.
3. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and manage purchases more easily.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, Bluedart, and more.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below that, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.
💳 Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via PhonePe Payment Gateway.
2. Is there any extra charge for COD?
No extra fees! COD is available at no additional cost, but we do verify all COD orders via call.
3. Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses secure encryption to process all payments safely.
🔁 Return & Refund
1. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase and an unboxing video.
2. Are returns free?
Return shipping is not free. A ₹100 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Returns must be approved by our team first.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–15 business days.
